was formed in February of 2001 to deliver remote monitoring, service level
statistics and reporting to the Internet industry. We strive to deliver the best
quality in reporting and monitoring tools at a competitive price. Our
system is based on both the Linux and Windows 2000 platforms and is distributed
across multiple monitoring servers. Each monitoring location also has facilities
to "monitor the monitor" and fail over to a redundant system if
